Here are some simple things you can do to ensure your feet are looking and feeling great!

1. Have your shoes specially fitted to ensure they are the right shape and size for you.
2. Visit a podiatrist regularly to make sure your feet are as healthy and comfortable as can be.
3. Alternate your shoes during the week so they can breathe & aid to avoid any fungal spores breeding in them.
4. For city workers who walk for long periods alternate your shoes during the day i.e. wear trainers for your commute, then slip on smart shoes prior to arriving at work.
